About
This page says who is behind the products, where they come from, and what we do and do not do ourselves. If you are evaluating a supplier in China, those are usually the three things that are hardest to find out.
Who We Are
KENDORIC is the brand of Suzhou Cando Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a company registered in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province in August 2018. The Chinese registration carries the name 苏州肯铎智能科技有限公司; KENDORIC is how we trade internationally. Both refer to the same company, and the registration can be checked against the code in the table below.
We supply the control components that keep a moving web in position and under control: web guiding, tension control, industrial static control, and differential winding shafts. Customers are converting machine builders and converting plants, in China and for export.
We hold our own foreign trade operator registration and customs registration, both since 2018. Orders are exported, documented and cleared by us directly rather than handed to an agency, which is why the paperwork on a shipment matches the company you have been talking to.
How We Work
Being clear about this early saves everyone time, so here it is plainly.
KENDORIC does not manufacture and does not describe itself as a manufacturer. We work with a small number of specialist Chinese manufacturers, each focused on one product family, and have worked with the same ones since the company was set up.
That is the reason this company exists. Their products are strong in the Chinese market and would otherwise stay there, because the makers have no export department, no English documentation and no customs capability of their own.
Application selection and configuration, English documentation, export and customs handling, and support after the machine is running. On the integrated web guide frames, the manufacturer is EURDOW.
What that means in practice: when you ask whether a particular sensor will read your material, you get an answer based on what we have seen these components do in production, not a specification sheet forwarded from somewhere else. When you ask whether something can be modified, we can ask the people who build it.
Working With Us
There is no sales layer and no distributor between you and the engineering. The person who answers your first email is the person who selects the components, prepares the quotation, follows the order through production and export, and is still there when you have a question six months after the machine is running.
A question about a web path, a signal interface or a mounting constraint gets an engineering answer rather than a forwarded email. If the answer is that our product is not the right one for your application, you get that answer too. Shipping a component that will not work helps nobody, and it costs us more than the order was worth.

Installed Base
The integrated web guide frames we supply are fitted as standard equipment by a large part of China’s label press industry. Those machines are exported worldwide, which has a practical consequence that is easy to overlook: there is already an installed base of these components running on converting machines outside China, on lines whose owners may never have heard the brand name.
If you operate a Chinese-built converting machine and its web guide has failed, there is a reasonable chance the parts on it are ones we can supply directly, in the same form, with the same mounting and the same signals. In that case a controller or a sensor is usually all that needs to change — the frame and the actuator stay where they are, and your own electrician can do the work.
