When is CCD01 better than an infrared edge sensor?
CCD01 is more suitable when the web guide must follow a printed line, color edge, graphic mark or visual contrast rather than a simple opaque material edge.
What samples help confirm CCD01 suitability?
Clear photos or short videos of the material edge, printed line, mark color and background color help confirm whether CCD image sensing is appropriate.
Can CCD01 guide transparent film?
It may work when the edge, printed line or mark has enough visible contrast. If the transparent web has no useful visual reference, ultrasonic sensing may be safer.
