Sensor
ES100 is an ultrasonic edge sensor for detecting web edge deviation in closed-loop web guiding systems. It detects material edges independently of color contrast, making it suitable for transparent, translucent and low-contrast web materials.

Replacement & Spare Part
ES100 ultrasonic edge sensors are fitted to a large number of converting machines built in China and exported worldwide. If the one on your machine has failed, this is the same model, with the same 12 V supply and the same 0–5 V and NPN outputs.

A photo of the installed sensor showing its cable and mounting bracket, the machine make and model, and how many pieces you need. The sensor body carries the model number rather than a maker’s nameplate, so the photo is what confirms a physical match.
The sensor itself. Mounting bracket and cable can be supplied as well if yours are damaged — say so in your message.
Supply voltage, output signal type, sensing range and the physical form of the housing are what decide whether a unit drops straight in. Compare them against the table above.
Dimension drawing: available on request. Ask for it by email and check it against the unit on your machine before ordering.
Not every fault that looks like a failed unit is one. These are the patterns we are asked about most often, and what they usually turn out to mean.
Check the 12 V supply and the cable at the connector first. A cable damaged where it flexes is more common than a failed sensor.
Can be the sensor, but check the gap and the bracket first. A sensor that has been knocked out of alignment reads unstably without having failed.
If it used to work on the same material, the sensor is the likely cause. If it never worked on that material, the sensor type may be wrong for the job rather than faulty.
Mechanical. Tighten and realign the mounting before replacing anything.
If the symptom is not on this list, describe it in your message. It is cheaper for both of us to identify the actual fault than to ship the wrong part.
