Point ionizer and ionizing air gun

FD201 and FD211 are 24 V bar-mounted fans for a fixed station; XK-106A is the 220 V bench-top unit with the wider 45–110 CFM range. XK-104B is used where the charged point is small and access is tight, and XK-140 is the hand-held gun for cleaning and neutralising a part before it goes on.

Fixed workstation

FD201 and FD211 are 24 V units for a permanent position over an assembly, inspection or packing station, covering 750 × 300 mm.

Bench and inspection

XK-106A runs on 220 V with a wider 45–110 CFM range, for benches where the airflow has to be adjustable.

Tight or small targets

XK-104B is a point nozzle for a small charged area where a fan or bar will not fit.

Manual cleaning before assembly

XK-140 is the hand-held gun: it neutralises and blows dust off a part in one action before the part goes on.
