DC Ionizing Bar
Identify an XK-900B compact DC bar or an XK-920B intelligent bar before ordering a replacement. Both belong to the range made by Wuxi Yanpon Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., but their electrical features and installation details differ. An XK-900 series enquiry needs the complete bar number. XK-900B is the compact version, whereas XK-920B adds adjustment, communication and alarm functions. If the original machine uses those connections, a basic bar cannot be assumed to replace the intelligent version. Send an overall picture before disconnecting anything so the existing cable and air arrangements can be identified along with the nameplate.

We quote the freight and dispatch arrangement for your destination, rather than describing preparation time as arrival at your factory.
Provide both the bar nameplate and its DC power-supply label, effective emitter length in mm, required quantity and supply-to-bar cable length. If the installation includes a separate high-voltage cable, show its ends and route. A photo of the wiring terminals helps us confirm the connection.
The confirmed same-model Yanpon DC bar is the principal replacement item. Cable lengths and any separately required supply are itemized in the quotation. For XK-920B, tell us which signal and air connections are present so the replacement scope can account for the machine interfaces you need to retain. Replacement electrodes for XK-920B are also available separately and are normally held in stock.
XK-900B / XK900B and XK-920B / XK920B should be compared as separate model numbers. Verify the signal connection, working distance and physical length as well as the supply voltage.
The sample book identifies the DC input and consumption of each bar rather than assigning it to an XK700A-type high-voltage box. It gives no supported number of bars per external DC supply. Supply sizing and connector compatibility must be confirmed for the actual installed equipment.

The XK-900B drawing gives an overall length from 205 to 630 mm and a bar-body length from 150 to 575 mm. Those measurements are related but not identical. Its published best discharge distance is 30–50 mm, so an installation photograph should show how close the emitter row sits to the material.
XK-920B is specified with a working-distance range of 20–1800 mm and adjustable frequency, voltage and ion balance. Its listed communication is RS-485 using Modbus-RTU, with enable control and a fault alarm signal. When those functions are connected to the machine, include the controller side of the cable in the replacement enquiry.
The XK-920B source also specifies an SL4-M5 air connection and pressure from 0.1 to 0.5 MPa, with 0.3 MPa recommended. Record whether an air line is actually used on your machine; the purpose is to match the installed arrangement, not to add or remove air equipment on the basis of the family name.
Both entries list DC 24–36 V input, but their consumption differs: XK-900B is shown at 230 mA at 24 V and XK-920B at 500 mA at 24 V. Similar voltage labels therefore do not establish that the existing supply has the required capacity for a different model. Replacing the exact bar is the starting point; changes in length, model or interface need a separate check.

XK-920B uses air assistance; the manufacturer recommends 0.3 MPa within a 0.1–0.5 MPa range. Low or missing air pressure reduces reach before anything has failed.
XK-920B has replaceable electrodes, so the emitters can be replaced without changing the whole bar. Replacement electrodes are normally held in stock. Send a close-up photo of the needles and the bar label.
Record what the alarm shows and when it appears. XK-920B monitors itself, and many alarms point to supply, air or settings rather than a failed bar.
