Replacing a Yanpon XK-700A power supply or an XK-700BG / XK-700BQ ionizing bar on an existing machine? KENDORIC supplies the same models from Wuxi Yanpon Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Send photographs of both nameplates so we can check the exact suffix, bar length and cable arrangement before quoting.
XK-700 is a family name, not a complete replacement specification. An XK-700A (XK700A) supply, an XK-700BQ (XK700BQ) bar and an XK-730BG bar are different components with different jobs. Read the label on each item rather than ordering by the blue housing alone. You can replace a single failed component when the retained equipment and connection have been confirmed; a complete new static-control installation is not automatically necessary.
For confirmed XK-700 replacement orders, goods are ready within 7 working days after payment. Courier transit is additional. We confirm the dispatch arrangement and destination shipping charge in the quotation, so a machine restart is not planned around an assumed delivery date.
Send clear photos of the power-supply and bar nameplates, the effective emitter length in mm, the quantity required and the high-voltage cable length from supply to bar. Include an overall view showing the installed bar and its connection. A photo of the wiring terminals helps us confirm the connection.
Order the same-model Yanpon power supply, ionizing bar, or both. Specify the required high-voltage lead length for the actual cable route. State whether brackets or other accessories are needed; the quotation will identify the items included rather than treating every replacement as a complete kit.
Match the full model suffix, effective length, housing dimensions and cable connection. A bar-body length is not the same measurement as the length of its emitter row.
The 2023 manufacturer sample book lists output interfaces, not a universal interchangeability chart. Two outputs on XK700A and four on XK722A/XK720A describe the available connections; they do not establish that every listed bar can be connected in every combination. Send both labels for a specific power-supply-to-bar match.

The XK-700BG is the short-range version: the manufacturer lists a discharge distance up to 8 cm and a body length of 100–3300 mm. Its 19.3 × 28.8 mm section matters when the original brackets will be reused. Photograph the mounting points as well as the label if access is tight.
XK-700BQ has a different section, 26.3 × 27.5 mm, and a listed body length of 120–6000 mm. Its published discharge distance reaches 100 cm; this does not make it a direct mechanical substitute for the BG bar. Record the current bar-to-material distance, and tell us whether the installation uses air assistance.
The smaller XK-730BG has a 14.6 × 23.1 mm section and a listed discharge distance up to 8 cm. It is not one of the five models named in the ECM certificate below. A similar family number must not be used to extend that certificate to an unlisted component.

The five models listed below are rated for Zone 2 hazardous areas (ATEX Category 3G), with marking II 3 G Ex sc IIB T4 Gc. This scope does not cover Zone 1 or Zone 0. Gas group IIB does not cover IIC gases such as hydrogen or acetylene. Confirm the installation classification and the marking on the supplied item before ordering.

XK-701A and XK-701A-B are included in the certificate model list, but their operating parameters and supply-to-bar pairing are not provided on the 2023 XK-700 sample-book page. Send the full nameplate if either is fitted; we will confirm its specification rather than copy values from XK-700A.
Emitter points collect ink mist, dust and coating residue; this is the most common cause and cleaning usually restores performance. Switch off and unplug the supply, then clean the emitter row with alcohol and a soft brush before ordering anything.
XK-700BG works at up to 8 cm from the material, XK-700BQ at up to 100 cm. They are not interchangeable at the same mounting distance; tell us the actual distance and we will confirm which one belongs there.
Static is generated again at every unwind, roller contact and rewind. A bar upstream cannot remove charge created after it, so this is usually a position question, not a failed bar. Tell us where on the machine the shocks happen.
