The XK100 catalog section combines the XK-100 static power supply with XK-102B, XK-103B and XK-130B static bar models.

Matching high-voltage power supplies

All three bars use corona discharge with a 0.1 s discharge speed within 10 cm and run at 0–45 °C, ≤80 % RH. XK-130B is the higher-power option where the working distance is longer or the charge is heavier.

Where an XK-100 bar is normally fitted

Unwind and rewind stations

Mounted 3–5 cm from the web after the unwind or before the rewind, where charge generated by roll separation causes sheets to cling and edges to lift.

Sheeting and stacking

At the sheeter exit, where charged sheets refuse to stack squarely. The 20 cm discharge distance of the XK-130B suits deeper stacking gaps.

Textile and washing lines

Long bar lengths up to 6000 mm on XK-103B cover full-width fabric and nonwoven runs.

Soft bag and general film

The conventional choice where the charge is moderate and there is no solvent present.
