AC Ionizing Bar
Identify a replacement for an XK-102B, XK-103B or XK-130B ionizing bar on a running production line. The Yanpon XK-100 range is manufactured by Wuxi Yanpon Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. KENDORIC supplies the original model after checking the bar and external power-supply details.
A machine drawing may call the installation simply XK-100, while its actual bar label says XK-103B and the power supply has a different number. Use those component-level labels for your enquiry. The XK-100 series includes different cross-sections, emitter lengths and electrical ratings, so the family name alone is insufficient to select a spare. If a label is worn, send the best close-up available together with a wider installation photograph.
An XK-100 order with its specification confirmed is ready 7 working days after payment. Transport to your country is quoted separately from that preparation time. Give the number of bars and power boxes required so we can state the scope and dispatch details before you place the order.
Please provide the bar nameplate and supply nameplate photographs, required quantity, effective working length in mm and the high-voltage cable run from the power unit to the bar. Show the connector and mounting ends as well. A photo of the wiring terminals helps us confirm the connection.
The shipment contains the agreed same-model Yanpon replacement bar and/or power supply. The high-voltage lead is specified to the length needed on the machine. Describe any damaged mounting components separately so they can be included in the price instead of assumed to be part of the bar.
Keep XK-102B (XK102B), XK-103B (XK103B) and XK-130B (XK130B) distinct when comparing labels; the suffix identifies the replacement more reliably than overall appearance.
Both listed power units have two output interfaces, but they have different output-voltage figures. The 2023 source does not provide a one-to-one approved pairing table. We therefore ask for the original power-supply and bar labels rather than infer compatibility from the shared XK-100 heading.

XK-102B is shown with a 43 × 46.5 mm section and a 220–4000 mm body length. XK-103B uses a 44.2 × 48.4 mm section and extends to 6000 mm body length. A similar length does not make these profiles interchangeable in the same brackets. Include the mounting space available above and beside the existing bar.
XK-130B has the larger 52 × 58 mm profile, a 220–3300 mm body range and a listed discharge distance up to 20 cm. The other two bars are listed up to 15 cm. These published limits help identify the installed type; they should not be used as a reason to replace the original design with a different variant without checking the application.
The catalogue describes a hollow bar design intended to make cleaning accessible. For a replacement request, show the emitter face in a photograph taken with the equipment safely isolated under your site procedure. It helps distinguish the mechanical design without asking you to open the high-voltage power box.
The power supply remains a separate order item. Keep its voltage, model and connection details in the enquiry even when only the bar is required. If an old label omits the hyphen, XK102A and XK-102A are the same written model reference; a change from 102 to 130 is a different reference and needs separate checking.

XK-102B and XK-103B are specified for a mounting height of 3–5 cm, and XK-130B for 3–15 cm. A bracket that has slipped or been moved is a common reason for weaker results.
Compare the emitter length with the web width. The emitter row is about 100 mm shorter than the bar body, so a bar that looks wide enough may not cover the full web.
A gradual loss of performance commonly comes from residue on the emitter points. Disconnect the switched-off supply from the power source and clean the emitters with a soft brush and alcohol before deciding to buy a replacement.
