AC Ionizing Bar
Find a like-for-like Yanpon XK-600B, XK-602B or XK-608B bar, or identify the XK600A supply already installed on your machine. These components are made by Wuxi Yanpon Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. KENDORIC checks the installed labels and dimensions before preparing a replacement quotation.
The XK-600 family includes three bar styles and several external high-voltage supplies. The label on the power box may say XK600A while the bar carries XK-608B; those markings identify different parts of the same installation. Please identify which item needs replacing and which items you intend to keep. That information lets us quote the required component and check the existing connection without assuming a new system is needed.
Allow 7 working days after payment for an agreed XK-600 replacement order to be ready. This preparation period excludes international transport. Tell us the destination and required quantity at the start so the quotation can separate preparation, shipping arrangements and freight cost.
Photograph the XK-600 power box label and the label on each bar to be replaced. Add the active emitter length in millimetres, piece count, and high-voltage lead length between the supply and the installed bar. A photo of the wiring terminals helps us confirm the connection.
We supply the confirmed Yanpon bar or external power unit under its original model designation. High-voltage cable length is specified for your installation. If the cable or mounting hardware also needs replacement, include it in the enquiry so the quoted package is explicit.
Before reusing the mounting arrangement, compare the complete part number, body length and active emitter span; XK-600B, XK-602B and XK-608B are separate choices.
The sample book groups these three two-output supplies with the XK-600 bar family. It does not assign a specific bar to each power unit or authorize every combination. XK600A and XK600A-2 have different enclosure dimensions despite sharing electrical figures, so include a photograph of the existing mounting arrangement.

XK-600B covers body lengths from 100 to 6000 mm in the sample book. This broad length range is useful when identifying a bar on a wide film or paper machine, but web width alone does not determine the ordered length. Measure the original body from end to end and record the emitter span separately.
XK-602B is listed with a 300–3000 mm body, while XK-608B is listed at 300–4000 mm. Both show a maximum input figure of 15 kV in the bar table, whereas the XK-600 power units are listed with 10 kV output. A maximum bar rating is not an instruction to change the supply voltage or use an unrelated power box.
All three bar types have a listed discharge distance up to 100 mm. If the machine has been modified and the bar is now farther from the material, mention that change before ordering. A replacement specified for the old mounting position does not by itself establish suitability for the altered layout.
For a classified Zone 2 installation, review the named XK-700 models and their IIB / T4 limits instead. The XK-700 certificate must not be applied to an XK-600 component. Send the site classification with the enquiry if hazardous-area suitability is part of the replacement requirement.

Dust, ink mist and coating deposits can build up on the emitter points and reduce their effectiveness. Turn off and unplug the power supply, then use alcohol and a soft brush to clean the emitter row; cleaning will often restore performance without replacing the bar.
Switch off, unplug the bars from the supply, then switch the supply back on. If the alarm is still lit with no bar connected, the fault is in the power supply; if it clears, look at the bars and high-voltage leads. Then order only the part that has failed.
XK-600 bars are rated for a discharge distance of up to 100 mm. Beyond that, performance falls off, and a longer-range model is the fix, not a replacement of the same bar.
