CCD01 Plus is a digital photoelectric sensor with a reversible screen for flexible viewing direction during installation and operation. It uses CCD imaging to track printed lines, color edges, transparent film edges and combined graphics in web guiding applications.

Replacing a CCD01 Plus on an existing machine?
CCD01 Plus uses digital communication and a DC 24–45 V supply, with a reversible display for installation viewing direction. Confirm the controller and connection before replacing an installed unit.
What to send us
Send photos of the sensor model marking, connection, mounting position and display orientation, plus the controller model, tracking material or printed line and quantity required. A photo of the wiring terminals helps us confirm the connection.
What ships
The quoted CCD01 Plus digital photoelectric sensor. Specify any cable or mounting accessory required so its inclusion can be confirmed in the quotation.
Compare the DC 24–45 V supply, digital communication interface, controller compatibility, mounting dimensions and required display orientation. A standard CCD01 and a CCD01 Plus should not be assumed interchangeable without review.
Dimension drawing: request it for comparison with the installed unit before ordering.
Wiring diagram: request the diagram for the confirmed model and connection before installation.
Commonly reported CCD01 Plus symptoms
It loses the line on some print jobs but not others
CCD01 Plus has white, red, green and blue light sources. Low contrast between the line and the background is usually solved by switching the light colour, not by replacing the sensor.
It is being fitted to a controller from another system
CCD01 Plus sends a digital signal and is not interchangeable with EURDOW controllers such as WFC01 or WGC01. It belongs with PC100A-type controllers. Tell us your controller model before ordering, so you do not receive a sensor your controller cannot read.
Tracking is unstable after cleaning or moving
The detection range is 20 mm. Check that the line sits inside the window and that the screen orientation was set correctly after the sensor was moved.

Choose CCD01 Plus when CCD image sensing is required and the screen viewing direction needs to be flexible during installation or operation.
Good Fit
Printed line tracking, color edge detection, transparent film edge tracking and graphic tracking where the operator needs a reversible screen.
Check First
For simple opaque web edge detection, infrared sensing may be sufficient. For transparent or very low-contrast materials without visible features, ultrasonic sensing may be more suitable.
