Controller
WFC01 is a button-operated closed-loop web guiding controller for edge guiding, line guiding and center guiding applications. It works with sensors, actuators and correction frames to maintain stable web alignment in converting, printing and packaging equipment.

Replacement & Spare Part
WFC01 is specified with a 24 V supply, dual analog sensor inputs and a DC brushless motor driver. Confirm these interfaces against the existing installation before selecting a replacement.

Send the controller nameplate and terminal photos, analog sensor model, actuator or motor model, panel dimensions, guiding mode and quantity required. A photo of the wiring terminals helps us confirm the connection.
The quoted WFC01 controller. Any sensor, actuator, cable or mounting accessory must be specified separately in the quotation.
Compare the 24 V supply, analog sensor inputs, brushless motor connection, panel dimensions and remote I/O requirements with your installed controller. Similar guiding functions do not establish a wiring match.
Dimension drawing: request it for comparison with the installed unit before ordering.
Wiring diagram: request the diagram for the confirmed model and connection before installation.
The actuator has reached the end of its stroke. This is usually caused by roll offset or telescoping on the incoming roll, not by the controller. WFC01 reports limit alarms itself.
WFC01 runs on 24 V and has reverse-polarity protection. Check the supply and its polarity first.
WFC01 drives DC brushless motors up to 240 W. Confirm the actuator model before assuming the controller output has failed.

System Configuration
Use WFC01 as the control center, then select the sensor and actuator based on web material, guiding mode and correction load.
Pair with EDS-02 ultrasonic sensing for transparent or low-contrast webs, or EDR-02 infrared sensing where optical edge detection is suitable.
Match with WU2000 for compact standard frames or WU10000 for larger correction structures.
Configure for unwind, infeed, process or rewind correction according to where the web drift occurs.

Web position correction for narrow web label printing and finishing equipment.
Edge guiding support for film, packaging and laminating processes.
Web alignment control for unwind, infeed and rewind sections.
Stable web alignment during coating, laminating and composite material processing.
WFC01 is a practical choice when the operator prefers button operation, the machine panel has limited space, or the OEM wants a simple controller for standard edge, line or center guiding.
For opaque materials, review infrared sensing such as EDR-02. For transparent film or low-contrast webs, review ultrasonic sensing such as EDS-02. Printed-line applications should be checked before confirming the sensor.
Send machine type, guiding position, web width, material, line speed, actuator load, required correction stroke, power supply and photos of the installation space.
Yes, when the controller interface, sensor type, actuator and frame are matched to the unwind, infeed or rewind section of the slitter rewinder.
