Actuator
WU2000 is a compact electric actuator for standard web guiding correction frames. It receives commands from the controller and moves the correction frame to keep the web aligned during continuous production.

Replacement & Spare Part
WU2000 is an EURDOW actuator and runs only with EURDOW controllers — the WGC01 and WFC01, or the discontinued WGC02. It does not work with Pausource controllers such as the PC100A. If the actuator on your machine carries the EURDOW nameplate and is driven by one of those controllers, this is the unit to compare against.

A photo of the nameplate, a photo of the actuator in place showing both mounting ends and the cable, the controller model it is connected to, and the quantity. If the nameplate is unreadable, the body length and the mounting centre distance usually identify it.
The actuator. Mounting brackets can be supplied as well if yours are damaged — say so in your message.
Dimension drawing: available on request. Ask for it by email and check it against the unit on your machine before ordering.
Choosing the Stroke
This is the question we are asked most often when a WU2000 has to be replaced, and the answer is usually simpler than expected.
When you order, quote the stroke in ±mm rather than a suffix such as “WU2000-50”. Suffixes are printed inconsistently in some catalogues, and ±mm leaves no room for doubt.

Not every fault that looks like a failed actuator is one. These are the patterns we are asked about most often, and what they usually turn out to mean.
Check the cable and the connector at the controller first. If it moves under manual command but not in automatic, the problem is on the sensor side, not the actuator.
Usually the incoming lateral error is larger than the correction range, which points at the roll or upstream alignment. After an actuator has been replaced, also re-run the stroke self-learning so the controller knows the new limits.
Usually controller gain or mechanical play in the frame or coupling. Check the frame for backlash and reduce gain before replacing anything.
Mechanical: a loose coupling or a binding slide. Try moving the frame by hand with the actuator disconnected.
If the symptom is not on this list, describe it in your message. It is cheaper for both of us to identify the actual fault than to ship the wrong part.
Selection Notes
For larger structures or heavier correction demand, review WU10000 instead.
Well suited to compact integrated frames and smaller split-frame layouts.
Recommended where the correction structure and web tension do not require a high-capacity actuator.
Commonly paired with WGC01 or WFC01 controllers and an edge sensor for complete closed-loop correction.
