Controller
WGC01 is a button-operated closed-loop web guiding controller for edge guiding, center guiding and line-following correction. It is used with sensors, actuators and correction frames to maintain stable web alignment in converting, printing and packaging equipment.

Replacement & Spare Part
WGC01 is the current button-panel web guide controller and the direct successor to the discontinued WGC02. If the controller in your panel has failed, or you are replacing a WGC02, this is the unit to compare against.

A photo of the controller in the panel with its wiring visible, the model number from the front or rear label, and the sensor and actuator models it is connected to. Panel cut-out size is worth measuring if the housing has to fit an existing opening.
The controller. Sensors and actuators are separate items — tell us which ones the machine has if you want the whole loop checked for compatibility.
Supply voltage, sensor input type, actuator drive rating and the control interface are what decide compatibility. Compare them against the table above before ordering.
Dimension drawing: available on request. Ask for it by email and check it against the unit on your machine before ordering.
Not every fault that looks like a failed unit is one. These are the patterns we are asked about most often, and what they usually turn out to mean.
Check the 24 V supply at the terminals first. A failed supply is more common than a failed controller.
Points at the drive stage or the actuator rather than the control logic. Check whether the actuator moves under manual command.
Usually sensor polarity or a configuration setting, not a hardware fault. Worth checking before ordering a replacement.
Often means the correction range has been used up, which is a mechanical or incoming-material problem rather than a controller fault.
If the symptom is not on this list, describe it in your message. It is cheaper for both of us to identify the actual fault than to ship the wrong part.

The discontinued WGC02 is replaced by this controller. Same interfaces, faster response, more drive power.
