Replacement & Spare Part
Replacing a load cell from another manufacturer? If the rated load, shaft diameter and mounting dimensions match, one of these can replace it. Send the old sensor’s label and mounting dimensions and we will check the fit.

Confirm the rated load, whether the full-scale output is 10 mV or 200 mV, and the 204# bearing arrangement. Check the pedestal mounting dimensions against the sensor already fitted to the machine.
Send a photo of the sensor label, a photo showing how it is mounted, and the model of the connected controller or signal amplifier. Include the old sensor’s mounting dimensions so we can check the fit.
Use these checks to review the sensor installation and measurement setup.
Re-zero with the roller installed and no web, then recalibrate using a known weight. A replacement roller changes the dead weight applied to the sensor.
Inspect the measuring roller’s wrap angle. If the web path before or after it moves with roll diameter, the measured force changes too. The measuring roller needs fixed idlers on both sides.
Check the cable and connector first. Then check whether the sensor was overloaded, for example during a web break or a hard stop.
Choose LC100A when a compact pedestal-mounted tension sensor is required for stable web tension feedback.
